Organization: From large divisions to small teams, I have built and re-organized teams to deliver on strategy.

· Experience building products and services in the Rich Media, networking and computer communications industries.

· Detailed, hands-on knowledge of all functional groups in a technical organization including development, support, quality assurance, marketing, product management, business development.
